Guillaume Arlon nominated Chelsea Martin and the Woodhouse Park Residents Association. He said, “They have built a strong network of residents. Chelsea and her team are tirelessly keeping the residents informed via Facebook, WhatsApp, email, meetings and Newsletters and with the police to help prevent crime in the area. It has been inspiring to see how she/the Resident Association has worked with local authorities and local businesses to inspire everyone to work together to prevent crime.”

Guillaume thanked Chelsea and Woodhouse Park Residents Association for her/their tireless, inspiring and selfless work she/they have put towards building a new Neighbourhood Watch Scheme in the Nuthall area.

He told NottsWatch, “She/the Resident association have help build a strong network of residents, working with the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme to purchase Neighbourhood Watch Signs for the streets of Woodhouse Park, install them but also acquired stickers to be distributed to the residents along with building a strong network of residents connected via Facebook, WhatsApp and the police to help prevent crime in the area.

“She/they are tirelessly keeping the residents informed and have put a great deal of efforts to communicate with the residents on how to prevent crime via email, meetings and Newsletters.

“I believe the Neighbourhood Watch Scheme has been a great success in my area thank to her/their involvement and selfless efforts to bring the community together. It has also allowed residents to network amongst each other and inspire everyone to work together to prevent crime.

“It has been inspiring to see how she/the Resident Association has worked with local authorities, but also local businesses to better the great Neighbourhood we live in.”

Our Community is quite close-knit. We're very keen about maintaining neighbourhood safety - but also our residents are enthusiastic about helping out others. I'm really happy to be part of such a wonderful Community - you will always feel welcome in any one of our neighbourhoods!
