NottsWatch wish to recruit a strong leadership team to build upon the existing formidable
brand of Neighbourhood Watch and a team that can support the organisation in building a
transformation programme to develop and diversify the charity to meet the needs of
communities today.

You would be expected to lead on at least one project, giving feedback at quarterly review
meetings (first Friday afternoon in April, July, October and January) plus attend any other
relevant executive meetings.

In addition to the application form, successful applicants will need to complete a Declaration of Acceptance form.

What Skills will I need?

We are seeking well organised, proactive, solution focused individuals who have:

• Strong people and communication skills.
• Self motivation and are proactive and able to prioritise to achieve deadlines.
• Ideally experience in community/charity work.
• Ability to lead from the front to help Nottinghamshire Neighbourhood Watch (NottsWatch®) fulfil its ambitious goals in being relevant to support the police by working in partnership with a range of agencies, and third sector, to improve community cohesion and reduce crime.
